Exchanges & Returns


We are happy to exchange any item as long as it is returned to us in its original condition and unused. Please note we will not send out exchanges until items have been returned in their original condition along with any tags attached. PLEASE NOTE: We can only post to the address given at the time of the order on our website - we CANNOT change addresses after an order has been put through. If you make a mistake on your order contact us to cancel the order and re-enter your correct details.

Returns should be made by registered mail in their original condition within 7 working days from receipt. Please email: to obtain a return address. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

To return your orders simply follow these steps:

- Print off a copy of your order emailed to you when you placed your order, and indicate which items you are returning.
- Return the item by recorded delivery, together with the copy order. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. We are unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
- Once we receive your order and your item passes inspection, you will be refunded.
- We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
